"Over the last couple of years, I’ve been on a journey. A trust journey.

I didn’t know I had trust issues at the time, but the hurt and heartbreak I had experienced left my heart bent more toward skepticism, resistance and cynicism (aka — the opposite of trusting).

These feelings came up with people who were not the ones who hurt me, my thoughts toward myself, and my ability to be discerning, and ultimately in my relationship with God. Why did He allow these things to happen? Why didn’t He intervene? Is He really good and trustworthy?

If you can relate in any way, I wrote my new book, I Want to Trust You, but I Don’t, for you. 

But this message is designed to be worked through — not just quickly read. And I didn’t want you to have to process all of this alone. So I also created The Trust Journey, a guided journal to use alongside I Want to Trust You, but I Don’t.

This interactive journal is complete with reflection questions, guided exercises, Bible verses, a hope-filled playlist, prayers, beautiful photography and more. Plus, I’ve added additional content that isn’t in the book because there was more I wanted to share from my heart to yours!

 Friend, I can assure you, no matter what you’ve experienced, there is hope up ahead. God is so very good and so very trustworthy. And remember, I’ll be there every step of the way."
